BlueSky is a broadband phone service that offers both domestic and international calling plans at very competitive rates. Ive tried vonage and bluesky, both gave good connections and prices but bluesky gave me much better service, thats why i'm still with them

Zingo Tel is a very good service, I started on the cheap plan but found the middle range plans where much better to suit me

Zingo tel is my favorite out of these providers, I have used 3 of them but the overall package seems to be much better with Zingo
